The US operations of the group were set up by Arnaud Vanderbeken. As Managing Director, he is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, financing, and disposition of the company’s assets in the region. In addition, he manages the daily operations of the local office. With a background in real estate, Arnaud brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked at SL Green Realty Corp. and the Capital Markets team of Newmark Knight Frank.
In addition to his role at Search 4 Alpha, Arnaud is also an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University, where he teaches a Real Estate Technology course to Bachelor and MBA students. The course focuses on financial modeling and Argus Enterprise, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Arthur Song is an accomplished design professional with over 15 years of experience in planning, architectural design, and construction projects. Initially focusing on project management for multi-family and commercial centers in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Arthur quickly gained recognition for his expertise in overseeing projects involving entitlements – from commercial retail centers to dense multifamily developments .
In recent years, Arthur has directed his focus to the multifamily and commercial development sectors in Las Vegas, recognizing their strong growth potential. He actively participates in the Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), showcasing his commitment to professional development and industry advancement. Alongside his ongoing achievements, Arthur is currently pursuing architectural licensure in the State of California to further expand his expertise and capabilities.
Arthur’s approach to projects is marked by his attention to detail and creative design strategies, which emphasize adding value to properties. Beyond his professional endeavors, Arthur believes in giving back to the community and actively participates in various community service initiatives.
